Book a valuation

Tell us what you have, where it is and when it needs to be gone. We will come back with a view on what your assets should realise and how quickly they can be sold. The appraisal is free and carries no obligation.

Request a valuation

The appraisal is free.

What happens after you send this

We will contact you to understand the assets and the deadline. If it looks like something we can help with, we will arrange a site visit — or, for smaller instructions, work from an asset list and photographs.

You then get a written view: what the assets should realise, which route suits them, and what the timetable looks like against your date.

What to tell us

The more you can say now, the more useful our first reply will be:

  • What the assets are, roughly — a hotel refurbishment, a restaurant closure, a factory relocation
  • Where they are
  • When the site has to be clear
  • Whether an asset list or inventory exists
  • Whether anything is on finance, lease or retention of title

If this is an insolvency instruction

Tell us the appointment type and the date. Officeholder instructions carry reporting and evidential requirements that shape how we work, and it is easier to build those in from the start than to retrofit them.

Common questions

Is the valuation really free?

Yes. The initial appraisal and our written view are free and carry no obligation to instruct us.

Do you need to visit the site?

Usually, for anything sizeable — it is the only reliable way to assess condition and access. For smaller instructions an asset list and photographs may be enough.

What if I only want a valuation, not a sale?

That is a normal instruction. Valuations for insurance, lending, accounts or insolvency purposes stand on their own and do not commit you to selling.
