Lot 435: * Maitland-Smith Style Scalloped Tray-Top Coffee Table

Maitland-Smith Style Scalloped Tray-Top Coffee Table This vintage-style coffee table, evocative of Maitland-Smith’s signature aesthetic, features a dark wood-effect tray top with a dramatic scalloped, undulating edge. The surface is treated with a distressed antiqued finish, providing variations in color and texture that suggest a storied history. The piece is supported by a classic metal architectural base, consisting of four shaped legs secured by a central X-shaped stretcher for enhanced stability and a touch of industrial refinement.
