Lot 19: * A striking, sculptural sofa is a true statement piece

A striking, sculptural sofa is a true statement piece, defined by its fluid, organic form and vibrant electric blue upholstery. Measuring a monumental 380cm in length and 130cm in depth, its serpentine silhouette is designed to facilitate social interaction from all sides, making it an ideal anchor for large open-plan residences or high-end commercial lobbies. The design features a substantial, undulating base that transitions into a uniquely elevated, floating backrest. This backrest is supported by minimalist spherical wooden spacers, which create a sense of lightness and architectural intrigue while maintaining the sofa’s bold, grounded presence. The 42cm seat height offers an accessible and comfortable lounge experience, while the 90cm overall height ensures the piece makes a significant visual impact without obstructing sightlines across a room. Upholstered in a Klein blue bouclé by Kvadrat/Raf Simons ( Location: Orangerie)
