Lot 15: * A furniture ensemble pairs industrial precision with modern comfort

A furniture ensemble pairs industrial precision with modern comfort, creating a high-end lounge setting characterised by material contrast. The centrepiece is the Plec Large coffee table by RS Barcelona (L. 115cm x W. 60cm x H. 31cm). Designed by Antoni Pallejà, it features a sculptural, accordion-folded steel base and a sleek steel top. The entire unit is treated with a cataphoretic coating and finished in micro-textured polyester paint, making it a rugged yet elegant choice for both high-traffic indoor spaces and outdoor environments. Complementing the table is a pair of HAY Bernard lounge chairs (W. 77cm x D. 62cm x H. 73cm). Designed by Shane Schneck, these chairs offer a contemporary take on the “easy chair” with a solid oak frame and visually light, slip-on covers. Their relaxed 40cm seat height and deep, sloping armrests provide a warm, organic counterpoint to the architectural lines of the steel table ( Location: Orangerie)
