Side Table “Bataillard” (Louis XVI Style), Ateliers Allot Louis XVI style side table with a cherrywood carcase, fully veneered in rosewood and violet wood marquetry. The piece has a rectilinear Neoclassical form with a Greek key frieze, combined with cabriole legs associated with the Louis XV style. It includes geometric lattice parquetry on the lower drawers and gilt bronze mounts, including Rococo style handles and classical corner fittings. Contemporary production by Ateliers Allot, a French manufacturer established in 1812 and holder of the EPV label, integrating traditional cabinetmaking, marquetry, gilding, and associated trades.
