Arthur Ferrier (1891-1973), portrait is Gwladys Stanley (1896–1974), a prominent British actress, singer, and theatrical figure who was often called “The Queen of the Pantomime. Oil on canvas. A classic mid-century study of an elegant blonde woman adorned in a mink stole, pearls, and red opera gloves.
